Mid-Cheshire Camera Club members are currently showcasing their work with an exhibition at Winsford Library. The high-quality prints show the diverse range of subjects that members photograph such as sports shots, animals, landscapes, portraits, creative composites and macro shots of insects and flowers. Feedback from the Library is that many people have made positive comments about the photographs.
We welcome new members whatever their ability or experience and don’t want anyone to be put off by the idea that to join a photography club, you have to be able to produce large A3 prints. This isn’t the case at all and so we have included a panel of A4 prints this year for the first time. Printing may not be your thing and many members keep their photos in a digital format.
The exhibition runs for the month of October and if seeing the display, which will be refreshed mid-month, makes you want to take your photography more seriously then come along to the Dingle Centre on a Wednesday evening 7.45 for 8.00 to give us a try. You will be made very welcome and you can visit for up to 3 times before making up your mind whether to join or not.
